Lovely poem--so much more honest than most of the "Christian poetry" out there; you know, the sh-tuff on the backs of church bulletins! :roll: I had about given up on Christian poets; I see too many platitudes in verse. But this at least is heartfelt. :rose:

God keeps me from totally falling off the deep end, I have hit rock bottom, I was abused as a child, girlfriend, former wife. I have had a child runaway most of his teenage years, I was in a miserable 21 year marriage, I don't get to see my 3 grandkids because of my son and his wife are fighting and I lost my job that made almost 60K a year, two years close to retirement.

But I have faith that sometime (I hope soon) my life will turn around and I will be happy and in love and get my life back together.
